Balance and ride straight ahead.

What to expect

Introduction to surf gear and safety rules (theory);
Introduction to the waves and to the beach (theory and practice);
Learning the take-off (theory and practice);
Learning to manage balance in the white water and surfing straight with coach assistance (practice);

Beginner #2

What Do I Know?

Take off in white water without knee

Consolidate take-off in white water
Learning how and when to paddle (timing)
“White water” autonomy

What to expect

Review safety rules (theory)
Perfecting the take-off (more precision and speed) (theory and practice)
